About the role
- Reporting directly to the Country Sales Manager of the LifeTech BU (Office, Medical and IT) in France, you will be responsible for developing and managing financing solutions through our partner network and their clients.
- Develop the commercial development strategy in collaboration with the Country Sales Manager.
- Achieve revenue, term and margin targets to ensure profitable and sustainable growth.
- Acquire new partners according to the established strategy across the country.
- Identify markets to be developed.
- Coordinate international partnerships operating within the national territory.
- Manage the network of resellers of equipment and Healthcare/IT/Office services nationwide.
- Maintain and grow partnerships, engage their networks and roll out agreements signed by the company at the national level.
- Identify and develop new partnership opportunities in liaison with the LifeTech BU and the country organization.
- Promote the commercial strategy internally and ensure the engagement of the various departments.
- Lead and train partners’ sales teams on financing: pricing schedules, contracts, ad-hoc support, organization and implementation of commercial initiatives.
- Assess clients’ financial situation and solvency for presentation to the Risk department: strong financial and legal structuring expertise is required.
- Visit partners and/or clients to increase opportunities and/or close sales.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions with partners.
- Prepare activity reporting.
Requirements
- You hold a higher education degree in a commercial or financial discipline.
- You have proven experience (minimum 5–7 years) in indirect B2B sales, ideally in leasing, financing or business services.
- A true hunter by nature, you know how to build a business portfolio and adapt to different interlocutors.
- Ability to develop a consultative approach and build long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Risk-aware with the ability to identify and mitigate the main hazards in the sector.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, results-oriented and a team player.
- You enjoy being in the field to identify new opportunities, analyze client needs and provide attentive support and genuine advice.
- Your proactivity and negotiation skills in managing your accounts will make you indispensable to your clients.
- Comfortable in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
