About the role
- Point of contact for sales partners, customers and/or manufacturers for the development of tailored financing solutions
- Preparation of loan/credit applications
- Contract processing with contractual partners in accordance with the requirements of the credit decision
- Establishing and maintaining a sustainable interface with the administratively supporting sales back office
- Managing and processing follow-ups and ongoing reporting
- Implementation of marketing and acquisition measures and participation in trade fairs
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a sales role (preferably at a leasing company)
- Experience in our core business areas: transport including construction, aerial/access and municipal equipment, agricultural and forestry machinery, and production technology
- Confident handling of product variants such as hire-purchase and leasing
- Friendly, customer-oriented and reliable manner
- Proactive sales mindset, strong sales skills and negotiation ability
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Confidence in working with financial metrics (from annual financial statements and management reports/BWA) and in their interpretation
- Strong organizational and communication skills combined with a high level of service orientation, both internally and externally
- High level of commitment and team orientation, together with flexibility and a desire to shape processes
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite and other common standard software solutions
