About the role

  • Proactively manage and grow relationships with major customers and partners through regular face-to-face meetings and ongoing engagement.
  • Increase new business volume and DLL’s share of partner activity by implementing consistent call cycles, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Develop and execute tailored program strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for existing partners.
  • Provide training and development support to partner sales teams to enhance finance penetration and attract high-quality customers.
  • Actively monitor and follow up on sales leads within the pipeline, ensuring timely engagement with both existing partners and potential prospects.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for non-standard inquiries, including pricing adjustments, changes to terms and conditions, priority deal handling, and settlement exceptions.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and implement process improvements that streamline application handling, credit approvals, and settlement procedures.
  • Work closely with DLL’s Sales Support teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and exceptional service delivery.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role, demonstrating capability and results.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, equipment finance documentation, and credit/risk management within the equipment finance sector.
  • Prior experience in the agriculture industry is highly regarded.
  • Demonstrates strong time management skills and thrives in meeting deadlines consistently.
  • A self-starter who excels in autonomous roles and adapts effectively within fast-paced environments.
  • Maintains a can-do mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to compliance and quality standards.
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Embraces a growth mindset with a proven track record of personal and professional development.
  • Builds and nurtures meaningful relationships across all levels — from new referral partners and existing contacts to internal stakeholders both locally and globally.
  • Skilled in identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that consistently exceed expectations.
