About the role

  • Conduct proactive outbound phone calls to existing customers to introduce and offer current digital payment solutions
  • Explain and promote the benefits of digital payment solutions, including efficiency, convenience, and improved customer experience
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company’s brand and values
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, outcomes, and transactions in internal systems
  • Generate reports and insights by analyzing customer data, outreach results, and engagement trends
  • Collaborate with sales support and cross-functional team members to identify opportunities and improve outreach strategies
  • Support additional administrative and sales support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (college or university), preferably in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers confidently
  • Comfortable making outbound phone calls and speaking with customers in a professional environment
  • Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic data management or reporting
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks in a structured environment
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is considered an asset
