Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers delivering multiple concurrent hyperscale and mission-critical infrastructure projects
Partner with PMO leadership to drive governance, enforce process compliance, and uphold enterprise project management standards
Standardize delivery frameworks across the portfolio to ensure consistent alignment with client requirements, safety protocols, quality expectations, and schedule milestones
Oversee portfolio health by monitoring project status, budgets, and risk profiles; proactively intervene to resolve performance gaps and safeguard delivery objectives
Drive construction innovation by developing optimized build sequences—including workface planning, modular pod integration, and skid assemblies—to accelerate speed-to-market targets
Own portfolio-level budgets, cash-flow forecasts, contingency planning, and profitability targets
Review and approve change of orders, major purchases, and subcontractor contracts
Serve as primary escalation point for clients, general contractors, commissioning agents, and OEM partners
Chair regular portfolio review meetings with internal leadership and external stakeholders to ensure delivery alignment
Maintain strong relationships with hyperscale owner teams to anticipate future opportunities and foster repeat business
Champion use of BIM 360/Procore, and AI-driven analytics to improve schedule certainty, cost predictability, and operational efficiency
Contribute to and maintain the company’s best practice libraries for hyperscale delivery
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent military/industry experience accepted
10+ years delivering mission-critical automation or controls projects, with at least 4 years managing multiple Project Managers or large delivery teams
Technical expertise in BAS, PLC, and SCADA platform implementation (Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens, Ignition, AVEVA, Niagara 4) and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, OPC-UA, Fieldbus, Profibus)
Familiarity with critical facility standards: Uptime Institute Tier III/IV, NFPA 70E, IEEE 3004, and hyperscale owner design guides
Proven leadership in schedule-compressed, high-pressure delivery environments
Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project, Procore, BIM 360, and cost-management platforms
Exceptional client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
