About the role
- Conduct in-depth legal analyses of complex matters
- Draft and prepare pleadings and other legal documentation
- Represent clients in court and in other settings, such as negotiations
- Supervise and coach junior team members within the team
- Contribute to legal publications and develop specialist knowledge on complex subjects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships in an international context
- Actively contribute to the continued growth and development of the team
Requirements
- Solid foundation in civil/asset law and/or corporate law
- Strong interest in corporate litigation, arbitration, class action litigation and/or ESG litigation
- Commercial and international mindset
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
- Approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in (international) legal practice
