About the role
- Assist in creating and updating: -Help Center articles -Feature documentation -Onboarding guides -Release notes -Internal process documentation
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to understand new features
- Translate complex product functionality into clear, customer-friendly documentation
- Support documentation for integrations and APIs (where applicable)
- Help structure and maintain our knowledge base
- Ensure documentation aligns with product updates and releases
- Structure and maintain documentation in tools such as Notion, Confluence, GitBook, or similar
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer
- Strong portfolio of technical documentation (mandatory)
- Excellent written English skills
- Experience documenting digital products, SaaS platforms, or APIs
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with technical stakeholders
- Nice to Have
- Experience documenting APIs or developer-focused products
- Knowledge of Markdown, Git, Confluence, Notion, GitBook, or similar tools
- Experience working in startup or fast-paced tech environments
- Ability to create documentation standards and style guides
