Manager

• Take ownership of all field operations, from site prep through closeout.
• Lead daily coordination of subcontractors with a heavy focus on MEP trades.
• Maintain and drive project schedule, flag delays, and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Conduct daily safety walks, enforce safety protocols, and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Oversee QA/QC in the field—ensure all installations meet specs, drawings, and code.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Work with the PM team on RFIs, submittals, and field-related change orders.
• Manage jobsite logistics, deliveries, laydown areas, and equipment staging.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field engineers.
