About the role
- Conduct full recruitment processes (resume sourcing, headhunting, job postings, interviews, administering tests, and preparing evaluations).
- Manage all stages of the selection process independently.
- Working hours to be agreed — 6 hours per day.
- Hybrid work model (1 day on-site - 4 days remote).
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and selection required.
- Must reside in Blumenau or the surrounding area.
- Own laptop required.
- Availability to work during business hours.
- Advantage: currently studying for or holding a degree in HR or Psychology.
