About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
- Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends and opportunities
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources to maximise ROI
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to complement paid efforts
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-converting ad creatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience in performance marketing or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with a knack for numbers and data interpretation
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads)
- Hands-on experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong budget management and ROI analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of SEO principles and performance marketing best practices
