• An understanding of the brand aesthetic, customer demographic and brand competitors.
• Is aware of the push and pull factors behind sales. Designing original all-over and placement prints, graphics, embroideries and motifs aligned with our brand aesthetic
• Translating mystical and esoteric themes into fresh, wearable prints
• Creating seamless repeats and preparing accurate, production-ready artwork
• Supporting seasonal concept development through mood boards and research
• Collaborating closely with internal design and production teams as well as external suppliers and factories, to ensure print quality and alignment across collections
• Keeping up with niche fashion trends, folkloric references, and symbolic art and alternative subculture social calendars.
