About the role

  • Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries or messages professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain continuous communication with associates and clients to evaluate and improve service.
  • Act as a liaison between associates and the Office Manager.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to all client calls.
  • Receive referrals and inquiries about company programs.
  • Support sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
  • Uphold integrity in interactions with caregivers and clients, aligning with the organization's vision, mission, and core values.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule and coordinate caregivers' daily activities.
  • Perform payroll duties including verifying timesheets, updating telephony records, and data entry for payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records in ClearCare.
  • Perform on-call coordinator duties as needed.
  • Maintain professionalism and multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Interview, screen, and test applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, orientations, in-services, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team player within the office.
  • Sensitively relate to clients and care staff, considering their unique needs.
  • Perform general office and clerical duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • English proficiency at C1 advanced level
