About the role
- Business Hunter: Actively source, prospect, and secure new business from schools, camps, and corporate partners.
- Event Architect: Consult with clients to design customized entertainment packages including food, beverage, and continuous fun.
- Deal Closer: Manage the full booking lifecycle, including contract drafting, invoicing, and processing payments via Gravity POS.
- Community Face: Promote Kids Empire through networking, community events, and outreach campaigns.
- Target Crusher: Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in high-volume, proactive sales (Hospitality or Tourism experience preferred).

- Tech Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
