About the role

- Prepare cases for attorney review once all documentation is complete.
- Utilize Best Case software for case management.
- Manage approximately 50–70 calls per month, depending on advertising volume.
- Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- 1+ years of experience in legal or customer service
- Proficiency in Best Case software
- Ability to manage high call volumes
