About the role
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across email, CRM, and outbound channels
- Support creation and distribution of marketing materials (one-pagers, decks, service summaries)
- Maintain campaign calendars, task lists, and timelines
- Ensure messaging and materials align with service offerings and delivery readiness
- Own CRM hygiene, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities
- Manage lead routing, assignment, and status tracking
- Support sales and outreach teams with pipeline updates and follow-ups
- Build and maintain basic reports and dashboards for visibility
- Monitor how leads move from marketing to sales to service delivery
- Identify breakdowns in follow-up, tracking, or handoff
- Escalate issues and propose process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy so leadership can trust reporting
- Campaigns launch on time with clean execution
- Leads are tracked, routed, and followed up without gaps
- CRM data is accurate and trusted by leadership
- Sales and service teams are not chasing information
- The Growth Quarterback can focus on alignment and momentum — not cleanup
