About the role
- Serve as first point of contact for new clients (phone, chat, email).
- Conduct screenings and gather detailed incident information.
- Manage intake steps and maintain accurate data in systems (e.g., Clio Grow).
- Handle a high‑volume PI pre‑litigation caseload.
- Review medical records and coordinate treatment (surgeries, injections, etc.).
- Maintain regular client communication and prepare files for demands.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of PI intake or case management experience (California PI preferred).
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Ability to manage large caseloads.
- Typing 40+ wpm; CLIO experience a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred).
