About the role
- Efficiently manage candidate leads, ensuring quality and timely contact
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify improvements and optimize the selection process
- Propose innovative ideas to expand reach and improve talent attraction
- Attend virtual job fairs and digitize applicant pre-screening
- Achieve assigned daily call targets
- Conduct targeted searches for potential candidates on talent platforms
- Work with assigned team POCs, ensuring vacancy information is updated in real time according to client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of end-to-end recruitment experience
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and job boards (not mandatory)
- Strong organizational skills and data management in ATS platforms
- Ability to adapt and improve processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
