About the role

  • Monitor website performance with Google Analytics (GA4): traffic, attribution, events, and conversions
  • Support SEO analysis with Google Search Console (queries, indexing, CTR)
  • Assist in A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and ads
  • Create and maintain basic reports and dashboards
  • Implement on-page SEO updates (metadata, headers, internal links, alt text)
  • Review basic technical aspects (redirects, broken links, page speed)
  • Upload and manage content on CMS or vendor portals
  • Ensure accuracy, formatting, and SEO best practices before publishing
  • Build and deploy campaigns in Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign
  • Support basic automation workflows (welcome series, newsletters, re-engagement)
  • Perform A/B testing on subject lines and monitor deliverability
  • Maintain CRM up-to-date: tagging, pipelines, contact management, and data cleansing

Requirements

  • Advanced English level B2+, C1
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing support or coordination roles (roles such as Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator)
  • Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Search Console
  • Proficiency in Mailchimp and/or ActiveCampaign
  • Knowledge of Canva and social media scheduling tools
  • Experience with CRM (ActiveCampaign preferred)
