About the role
- Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts across LATAM.
- Promote Solvo’s complete portfolio of service‑based solutions.
- Understand client needs and deliver customized business solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Identify opportunities, trends, and insights across LATAM and U.S. markets.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals.
- Prepare and present sales results, pipeline updates, and KPIs to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales and business development (service sector).
- Strong understanding of LATAM B2B markets.
- Proven experience in staffing.
- Advanced English (C1+) – mandatory.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Valid visa required (mandatory).
