About the role

  • Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts across LATAM.
  • Promote Solvo’s complete portfolio of service‑based solutions.
  • Understand client needs and deliver customized business solutions.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities, trends, and insights across LATAM and U.S. markets.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals.
  • Prepare and present sales results, pipeline updates, and KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales and business development (service sector).
  • Strong understanding of LATAM B2B markets.
  • Proven experience in staffing.
  • Advanced English (C1+) – mandatory.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales cycles.
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Valid visa required (mandatory).
