• Hunt for new opportunities and drive growth
• Manage Tier 2/3 customer accounts
• Prospect for new business and service existing customers
• Build customized quotes and close orders at the highest possible margins
• Achieve monthly gross profit sales goals
• Maintain existing accounts while bringing in new business
• Assist senior account managers with client accounts and projects
• Serve as a communication link between customers and the company
• Prepare presentations, track project progress, and research ways to foster positive client relationships
• Deputize for senior account managers when they are unavailable
• Complete a predetermined quota of outbound sales calls and answer incoming calls and emails
• Provide exceptional customer service using personality and technical sales skills
• Generate a high-volume pipeline
• Maintain a consistent outbound activity quota
• Successfully onboard Tier 2/3 accounts
