💰 $75,000 - $90,000 per year

About the role

  • Partner with clients to consult on paid social B2B marketing strategies that create a win-win relationship
  • Build and execute successful paid social campaigns on META, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
  • Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ KPIs
  • Develop paid social strategy based on client-specific goals
  • Actively test and analyze targeting criteria (audiences & account structure), ad creatives, landing pages, message testing, and spend strategies to drive results in line with clients’ goals
  • Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients & secure buy-in from decision-makers
  • Identify, maximize and present new opportunities for client growth
  • Create quarterly business reviews and other client-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a digital advertising agency setting
  • Prior experience in building and managing B2B lead gen campaigns across multiple paid social platforms, including A/B testing ad creatives, audiences, and budgets to maximize lead flow and campaign performance
  • Prior experience with managing budgets in Social Ads Platforms of $50k p/month
  • 2+ years professional-client strategy communication (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing many client or business paid social strategies simultaneously
