About the role

  • Blend visionary product strategy with hands-on project execution
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing to define and maintain the product roadmap
  • Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform product decisions
  • Define product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer needs
  • Partner with design and product development to ensure products meet both aesthetic and functional standards

  • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency on progress, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management
  • Previous experience in product development
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday) and product analysis software (i.e. Excel)
  • Experience in consumer products, furniture, or manufacturing industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, and sewing production processes is preferred
  • PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
  • Experience leading a team and/or managing people a plus
