• Generate new business opportunities through email, phone, social media, conferences, and professional networking.
• Build relationships with prospective clients across libraries, archives, museums, and higher education institutions.
• Lead discovery meetings to understand client goals, challenges, and requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and guide prospects through the evaluation process.
• Prepare and respond to proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
• Identify opportunities where Discovery Garden’s solutions can deliver value.
• Represent Discovery Garden at conferences, webinars, and industry events.
• Collaborate with technical and leadership teams to support sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in HubSpot CRM.
• Stay informed about trends in digital collections, repositories, preservation, and related technologies.
