About the role
- Welcoming clients in a warm, friendly manner.
- Accompanying clients to and from treatment rooms.
- Engaging and conversing with clients during sessions.
- Conducting health and skincare consultations.
- Providing massage and body treatments.
- Maintaining treatment records and confidentiality.
- Keeping working areas organized, clean, and sanitary.
Requirements
- New York State licensure to practice as a LMT Massage Therapist.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Additional degrees and certifications preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years experience as a Massage Therapist or Spa/Beauty Therapist.
- Prior experience in luxury resorts, spas, or private clubs, preferred.
- Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly personality.
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines.
- Deep knowledge of skin care techniques.
- Specialized treatment knowledge and experience highly preferred.
