Owning projects end-to-end: scoping, designing, building, shipping, and iterating based on experiment results.
Working directly with game studio partners to understand their needs.
Collaborating closely with product, design, and game developers.
Partnering with other product teams to design shared commerce primitives.
Raising the bar for the engineers around you through code review and technical design input.

Requirements

8+ years of experience as a software engineer, including experience leading cross-functional projects as an individual contributor.
Strong expertise in at least a couple of the major parts of our stack: Python, TypeScript/React, and mobile with React Native.
A product sense that goes beyond implementation.
Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation.
A bias toward solving problems from first principles.
