- Balance Speed and Quality: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing your time effectively, prioritizing high-impact tasks, and delivering polished work without getting stuck in "analysis paralysis."
- End-to-End Design: From initial discovery and UX research to high-fidelity Figma mockups and interactive prototypes, you’ll own the design process across web and mobile.
- Participate in user research: Gather user feedback through usability testing and research, iterating on designs to continuously improve the user experience.
- Ideate with Impact: Support product squads with rapid wireframing, information architecture, and prototyping to validate ideas quickly.
- Exercise design thinking: Exercise a human-centered approach to problem-solving and innovation, understanding the needs of users, challenging assumptions, and creating innovative solutions through iterative processes including prototyping and testing.
- Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and fellow design team members to ensure technical feasibility and consistency across the holistic product experience. You’ll participate in design reviews, showing work "early and often" to incorporate feedback and iterate toward excellence.
- Champion the Design System: Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring a cohesive, modern visual language across the entire ecosystem.
- User-Centric Advocacy: Conduct usability testing and research to ensure our solutions are truly solving collector pain points, while optimizing for performance and accessibility.
