Creative Strategist

• Lead the creative strategy behind paid acquisition across multiple products
• Build weekly creative angles for up to 4–8 products
• Develop 10–20+ new creative concepts and angles per week
• Research competitor ads, reviews, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and customer psychology
• Create high-converting static and video ad briefs
• Develop concepts for advertorials, listicles, PDPs, and ad VSLs
• Match creative angles to the correct landing page and offer
• Work directly with media buyers to analyze performance
• Brief video editors and other creative resources
• Iterate winning concepts into new hooks, formats, angles, and page concepts
• Identify weak ideas and discontinue them quickly based on data
• Create larger production briefs including scripts, budgets, production details, and creative direction
• Use AI and other creative tools to increase speed and output without sacrificing strategic thinking
• Work within a creative pod alongside media buyers and video editors
• Report to the VP Creative / CMO
