Build registration sites in CreativeEDGE, Cvent and the Performance Solution Platform; build related areas of Cvent as needed; build mobile apps in EventAPP and Cvent’s Hub App and EventMobi; support on-site technology and train others on Creative Group.
Project manage the registration website builds internally and with the external client to meet deadlines; provide technology support to Program Specialists/Registration Managers.
Support builds in other platforms such as 6Connex, surveys in Survey Monkey and other platforms potential clients may require.
Build and manage mobile apps; on-site app support; travel on-site when training opportunities are identified and approved by management.
Partner with the Program Manager and Program Specialist/Registration Managers during client discovery meetings to translate needs into website requirements; liaise with internal Technology Services for support; leverage proprietary software and Cvent capabilities to make recommendations; implement final electronic registration and Mobile App.
Train end-users on Platforms; ensure staff is set-up correctly; provide guidance for new features; provide refresher trainings as needed.
Provides on-site services when required; on-site App support as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience is required.
1-2 years of experience in service, hospitality or event industry is preferred.
Cvent experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
