About the role
- Act as a key ambassador for Ding in the market, delivering a professional, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent communities, supporting hiring across commercial, data, and tech roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations, including CV screening coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer process support.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, and internal mobility.
- Prepare and issue employment documentation (contracts, amendments, letters, confirmations), ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems and trackers, with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
- Act as a first point of contact for employees on HR operational queries, escalating when appropriate.
- Support monthly payroll processes by coordinating inputs, data changes, and validations with internal teams and external payroll providers.
- Assist with global benefits administration, including enrolments, changes, and employee queries.
- Help prepare people reports and dashboards to track key metrics and operational KPIs.
Requirements
- 2–3/4 years of experience in HR operations and talent acquisition, ideally in a scale up, fast-paced or international environment.
- A genuine HR generalist mindset : curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn all aspects of the People function.
- Comfortable balancing recruiting, admin, and employee support responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail — accuracy matters to you.
- Proactive and resourceful: you anticipate needs, spot issues early, and take ownership.
- Able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, tracking, and presentations.
