About the role
- Take ownership of a client portfolio and build trusting relationships
- Manage contract renewals while creating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
- Identify opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Advise and support clients through consultative engagement
- Monitor business and usage KPIs
Requirements
- 4–5 years as an Account Manager in a B2B environment, ideally in SaaS/tech
- Excellent command of French and English
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively
- Strong team spirit
