About the role

  • Perform daily bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and issue invoices; manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Process payments for approval
  • Manage Profit First allocations
  • Produce monthly financial reports
  • Create, refine, and document accounting processes and SOPs
  • Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Xero
  • Strong understanding of GST and Australian bookkeeping compliance
  • Experience working with an MSP / IT services company (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise (nice to have)
  • Experience with Wise-Sync & Wise-Pay (nice to have)
  • Understanding of the Profit First methodology (nice to have)
