About the role
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Prepare and issue invoices; manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and follow up on outstanding payments
- Process payments for approval
- Manage Profit First allocations
- Produce monthly financial reports
- Create, refine, and document accounting processes and SOPs
- Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Xero
- Strong understanding of GST and Australian bookkeeping compliance
- Experience working with an MSP / IT services company (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ConnectWise (nice to have)
- Experience with Wise-Sync & Wise-Pay (nice to have)
- Understanding of the Profit First methodology (nice to have)
