Accounting Manager

• Own the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
• Maintain the chart of accounts and manage expense categorization in NetSuite.
• Support management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Manage invoicing, collections, cash application, payments, bank reconciliations, and monitor daily cash flow.
• Ensure timely and accurate sales/use tax filings and other compliance obligations.
• Review, redline, and manage license agreements, renewals, SOWs, and modifications; coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Partner with Client Success to streamline renewal workflows and ensure timely execution.
• Maintain organized financial and contract records, support audits, and provide occasional administrative support related to finance and contracts.
