Requirements
- 7+ Years of "In the Trenches" Experience: deep technical background as founder, CTO, or early-stage engineer
- High-Velocity Prototyping: rapidly build, ship, and iterate on high-quality technical prototypes
- The "Technical Closer" Mindset: engineering depth and Go-To-Market (GTM) intuition
- Strategic "Founder-to-Founder" Empathy: understanding technical trade-offs and speed-to-market
