Own and operate Product Capability Requests (PCRs) end‑to‑end, including intake, refinement, prioritization, execution tracking, and communication.
Translate customer and field‑driven technical needs into clear, actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
Build, maintain, and optimize Jira workflows, dashboards, and reporting to provide real‑time visibility into program health, risks, and outcomes.
Drive cross‑functional execution by establishing milestones, owners, timelines, and success criteria for Solutions‑owned initiatives.
Partner closely with Solutions Architects to ensure technical context and customer impact are accurately represented in program inputs.
Facilitate planning sessions, program reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Solutions Operations, or a related role within a technical organization.
Strong working knowledge of Jira, including workflow design, issue tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
Technical fluency across cloud infrastructure concepts including compute, storage, networking, containers, and Kubernetes.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive execution without direct authority.
Strong organizational, prioritization, and execution skills.
