About the role
- Support the executive management and founding team with strategic priorities, decision support, and core operational initiatives
- Independently lead demanding projects and take responsibility for their outcomes
- Conduct thorough market, competitor and data analyses to derive strategic recommendations
- Build and optimize company-wide processes and structures in close collaboration with the management team
- Independently take on and resolve critical, time-sensitive challenges in day-to-day operations
Requirements
- University degree and relevant experience in consulting, venture-building, strategy, or fast-paced startup environments
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a very quick grasp and fast learning ability
- High ability to structure complex topics and a consistent, solution-oriented drive to push them forward
- Confident handling of data-driven analyses, modern digital tools, and AI applications
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; confident in addressing executives and stakeholders
