About the role
- Drive a positive Health & Safety culture within the company
- Ensure implementation of Health & Safety Rules & Regulations for stakeholders
- Support risk identification, analysis, and management
- Prepare audits and reports related to Health and Safety
- Maintain relevant certifications and support investigations
- Implement safe systems of work and emergency response procedures
- Coach and support performance improvement in the supply chain and contractors
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in health and safety or equivalent
- Proven experience in health and safety management
- Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
- Valid qualification in occupational health and safety
- Fluent in English, both in writing and orally
- Previous experience in a similar role/environment is essential.
- Previous multi-site experience is ideal.
