About the role
- Oversee contract management operations across North America
- Supervise a team responsible for contract generation, abstraction, storage, and maintenance.
- Oversee contract data management including organization, accuracy, retrieval, and alignment with company-wide data governance standards.
- Maintain and monitor contract data in the CLM (Conga) and related legacy systems.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies; drive data quality monitoring.
- Provide guidance on template usage, contract hierarchy, transactional drafting, and contract structure inquiries.
- Manage end-to-end contract signature processes including sequencing, approval routing, signature authority validation, and timely completion.
- Lead reporting efforts by generating dashboards and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; legal or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or related fields, with a strong record of meeting SLAs.
- Experience with data governance, data management, data quality, and dashboard/reporting practices; analytics background is a plus.
- Prior experience in contract management or paralegal roles strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail with the ability to process data updates accurately and quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with CLM platforms, preferably Conga; strong understanding of contract data practices.
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools used for data management is desirable.
