About the role
- Drive revenue growth and market share expansion for Digital Realty by developing new enterprise customer relationships while expanding and protecting revenue within an existing account portfolio.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships within assigned accounts and target prospects.
- Lead regular business reviews to align on customer objectives, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Identify customer business and technical needs and align them with Digital Realty’s global data center platform of retail and scale collocation assets, plus connectivity solutions.
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience preferred, ideally within cloud, data center, or IT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven success managing complex sales cycles and executive-level relationships.
- Strong forecasting, negotiation, and pipeline management skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
