About the role

  • Lead the AMER growth marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue goals and priorities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional growth marketing team
  • Define quarterly plans, investment strategy, and execution roadmap tied to pipeline and bookings targets
  • Partner closely with AMER Sales, RevOps, Global Product Marketing, and AMER Field + Partner Marketing to ensure alignment and business impact
  • Own pipeline creation and acceleration programs across enterprise, commercial, and mid-market segments
  • Design integrated growth campaigns across digital, paid media, SEO, web, email, webinars, and content syndication
  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to implement ABM strategies to support strategic accounts and sales motions
  • Build scalable plays for awareness growth, inbound demand, and customer expansion
  • Localize global campaigns for AMER markets and industry segments
  • Activate targeted growth initiatives across priority industries and AMER markets
  • Support regional events, field activities, and partner joint marketing to drive pipeline
  • Drive lifecycle marketing to nurture leads through AQL → MQL → SQL → Opportunity
  • Optimize conversion across the buyer journey through testing, personalization, messaging, and offers
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadence for AMER growth marketing performance
  • Own pipeline contribution, lead quality, CAC efficiency, ROI, and velocity metrics
  • Use insights to continuously optimize investments, channels, and campaign performance

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with 5+ years leading growth or demand generation teams
  • Proven success owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable revenue impact
  • Strong experience in enterprise B2B -- preferably in the data center, telecommunications, IT, or technology sectors
  • Expertise in ABM, digital demand, lifecycle marketing, and full-funnel growth strategies
  • Deep familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, analytics platforms, and experimentation methodologies
  • Data-driven, performance-minded leader with strong strategic and execution capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; executive presence
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing investment performance
