• Drive the Digital Onboarding product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through research, customer feedback, and data to inform product direction
• Define and prioritize product requirements with clear user stories, criteria and business justification
• Partner closely with our design and engineering teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and align various teams
