Senior Product Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive the Digital Onboarding product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through research, customer feedback, and data to inform product direction
- Define and prioritize product requirements with clear user stories, criteria and business justification
- Partner closely with our design and engineering teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and align various teams
- Collaborate with CS and Sales to enable go-to-market readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of delivering complex end to end product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- Deep understanding of customer needs
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work effectively with technology teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable working in an agile, ambiguous environment
