About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the Digital Onboarding product roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs
Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through research, customer feedback, and data to inform product direction
Define and prioritize product requirements with clear user stories, criteria and business justification
Partner closely with our design and engineering teams to deliver solutions on time and within scope
Lead cross-functional initiatives and align various teams
Collaborate with CS and Sales to enable go-to-market readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need

7-10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of delivering complex end to end product initiatives from discovery to delivery
Deep understanding of customer needs
Strong technical acumen with the ability to work effectively with technology teams
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset
Comfortable working in an agile, ambiguous environment
