• Provide expert technical services in developing custom workflows and APIs in SharePoint Online to meet advanced customer service requests and enterprise requirements
• Develop new SharePoint solutions and support legacy and strategic systems across multiple SharePoint and content management projects
• Design, develop, and deploy advanced automation solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI)
• Implement and maintain publishing sites, custom applications, templates, branding, master pages, page layouts, and client-side rendering components
• Architect, design, and enhance collaboration solutions based on SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft 365 integration services

SharePoint Developer – SME

Analyst

• Responsible for higher-level tasks, including interfacing with program offices, implementing reporting solutions and KPIs, managing system integrations, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements for The Office of Naval Research (ONR) Research Protections Division (Code 343) and the Department of the Navy Human Research Protection Program (DON HRPP) contract.
• Key system integration tasks include: Integrate and maintain Microsoft 365 technologies such as SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI within the Navy Flank Speed cloud environment.
• Support interoperability between legacy SharePoint systems and modern cloud-hosted platforms.
• Configure workflows, dashboards, forms, reporting tools, and automated business processes.
• Manage APIs.
• Manage data migration.
• Manage system interfaces.
• Ensure continuity of operations during modernization efforts.
• Manage configuration control.
• Manage deployment pipelines.
• Manage Agile Scrum development activities.
• Manage Change Control Board (CCB) processes, testing, and release management.
• Manage help desk support for Navy and Marine Corps users.

• Provide technical services in developing custom workflows and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) within SharePoint to accommodate service requests from SharePoint customers
• Troubleshoot and debug applications and application components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design, and deploy applications and enhancements that meet the needs of the company, its clients, and end users
• Configure a design that satisfies business requirements and desired specifications, including performance and security requirements
