About the role
- Serve as the main contact for key accounts, addressing client concerns and building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, develop strategic account plans, and partner with internal teams to ensure timely product/service delivery
- Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies, create customized presentations, and monitor account performance metrics
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and assist teams to align on client needs and ensure smooth project execution, while providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, acting as a trusted advisor, and offering insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales/account management role
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Analytical proficiency, with experience in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of SQL and PowerBI is a plus
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
