• Identification, assessment and qualification of subcontractors and specialist partners
• Expansion and maintenance of a high-performing partner network
• Identification of suitable partners for specific tenders
• Negotiation of cooperation models, pricing and margins
• Management of partners during bidding and project phases
• Development of proposal/bid strategies together with Sales and Delivery
• Support in the evaluation of opportunities and risks (bid/no‑bid decisions)
• Monitoring of procurement markets and analysis of competitors and partner landscapes
• Identification of new business opportunities via partners
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners
• Contract management, including negotiation of service requirements and pricing
• Market and trend analyses to continuously optimize our partnerships
• Support and further development of the network of service partners
• Close collaboration with Sales, Account Management and Delivery
• Participation in the development and implementation of service concepts and processes
• Maintenance and further development of the service partner database and documentation
