About the role
- Identification, assessment and qualification of subcontractors and specialist partners
- Expansion and maintenance of a high-performing partner network
- Identification of suitable partners for specific tenders
- Negotiation of cooperation models, pricing and margins
- Management of partners during bidding and project phases
- Development of proposal/bid strategies together with Sales and Delivery
- Support in the evaluation of opportunities and risks (bid/no‑bid decisions)
- Monitoring of procurement markets and analysis of competitors and partner landscapes
- Identification of new business opportunities via partners
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our partners
- Contract management, including negotiation of service requirements and pricing
- Market and trend analyses to continuously optimize our partnerships
- Support and further development of the network of service partners
- Close collaboration with Sales, Account Management and Delivery
- Participation in the development and implementation of service concepts and processes
- Maintenance and further development of the service partner database and documentation
Requirements
- Completed technical or commercial qualification, ideally with further training in service or partner management
- Several years of experience in the IT services environment (e.g., consulting, system integration, managed services)
- Solid knowledge of tendering/procurement processes (ideally in the public sector)
- Experience with framework agreements, mini-competitions and procurement procedures
- Understanding of commercial calculations and contract models
- Structured and detail-oriented working style, high initiative and sense of responsibility
- Independent, structured, solution-oriented working style and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness and a good instinct for collaborative, long-term partnerships
- Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
