About the role
- You manage your own dedicated portfolio of clients and proactively take care of your customers.
- After a thorough onboarding, you will become a specialist in online marketing and software applications.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly and in an audience-appropriate manner.
- At least two years of experience in customer support/account management.
