About the role
- Be the first point of contact for employees via our People Operations inbox.
- Independently handle inquiries about contracts, leave, benefits and HR processes — in German and English.
- Design a structured and personalized onboarding experience that gives new hires orientation and confidence.
- Manage offboardings professionally and respectfully through to completion.
- Own People Operations topics and projects independently — from analysis through implementation to continuous improvement.
- Analyze existing processes, develop scalable solutions, and drive HR projects autonomously.
- Maintain and enhance existing HR reports, build dashboards, and work closely with the People Team Lead to make HR data actionable for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- HR tech affinity: You have experience with HR tools such as Personio, Leapsome, SAP or rexx and adapt quickly to new systems.
- Structure & precision: You work methodically and with strong attention to detail, ensuring administrative processes are executed cleanly, consistently and reliably.
- Independence & ownership: You proactively identify tasks, prioritize effectively and take responsibility for topics and projects through to completion.
- Hands-on mentality: You roll up your sleeves, drive initiatives forward and approach new tasks proactively.
- Strong communication & empathy: You interact with employees in a friendly, solution-oriented and professional manner — both in German and English.
- Alignment with our values: You embody our company values and fully identify with our mission.
- Analytical & numbers-oriented thinking: You have a strong interest in people analytics/HR controlling and enjoy analyzing HR data and improving processes.
- Basic understanding of labor law: You bring initial knowledge of employment law and understand the importance of compliant HR practices.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in HR.
