Conduct internal & external vulnerability scans to identify and fix security gaps.
Analyze anti-virus, server, and workstation security logs for malicious activity.
Analyze and interpret device security logs.
Monitor SIEM logs and remediate detections.
Manage antivirus, firewall, and other security security policies.
Manage patch updates to OS and device endpoints.
Install and configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and other security tools.
Email security management using Proofpoint.
DNS security management and administration.
Veeam backup and storage management.
When there is time, assist project team with software installations/upgrades.
Assume responsibility for on time and efficient service.
Following documented processes for completing tasks.
Develop and maintain knowledge of customer's specific business environments.

Strong knowledge of SSL and cryptography protocols as they relate to Microsoft environments.
Broad knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems.
Able to type at least 40 words per minute.
