Network Operations

• Monitor & provide first and second level support for the entire Digicel Pacific network 24/7.
• Work with relevant teams in fixing network issues quickly.
• Continuously maintain the efficient operation of the Digicel Pacific (PNG and Fiji Hub) network by monitoring, acknowledging, and investigating all faults.
• Provide complete network monitoring, analysis, reporting, and level 1 and 2 troubleshooting for Digicel markets in PNG, Fiji, Nauru, Vanuatu, Tonga, and Samoa.
• Financial and administration support for Fiji market (Technical Operations).
