• Partner with the SVP to translate high-level product vision into clear product strategies and roadmaps across pods.
• Build and evolve the systems we use for planning, discovery, and delivery, so teams make better decisions and ship value faster to customers.

• Scale the PM and Design teams from early-stage to maturity - from 1 PM and 1 Designer today to a team of 3 PMs and 2 Designers over time.
• Align the wide array of cross-functional stakeholders (client services, agency teams, marketing, and operations) needed to make our vision a reality.
• Establish the rituals and communication systems that keep progress visible and aligned across leadership & the broader organization.
• Coach and develop PMs and Designers, building a culture of curious and autonomous owners.
• Embed an AI-native mindset into both how we work and what we build, always asking what is newly possible in the world of AI.

Director of Product

Growth Marketing

• The Vice President of Growth is a visionary, data-driven senior leader responsible for owning and driving revenue growth across both marketing and sales, reporting to the General Manager of Agency and serving on senior leadership.
• Define and execute a growth strategy that attracts the right clients, increases demand, and drives revenue
• Own Digible’s growth engine and new client acquisition strategy, leading brand engagement and driving leads from generation through proposal close
• Build and execute a full-funnel growth strategy including SEO, SEM, paid media, content, and lifecycle marketing
• Leverage data, automation, and AI to optimize lead scoring, conversion rates, and campaign impact
• Direct conference strategy, sponsorships, and vendor management to drive revenue and pipeline
• Set growth KPIs, track performance, present strategic plans and performance insights to executive leadership and CEO
• Manage and maximize the growth budget, allocating resources for high-ROI marketing and demand generation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing growth team and collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Fulfillment, and Product

Vice President, Growth

SEO Marketing

• Execute SEO campaigns, including technical, local, and content elements
• Manage a portfolio of 70–100 accounts and ensure high performance and measurable ROI
• Analyze the effects of SEO campaigns across multiple platforms and overall ROI for clients
• Refine reporting and educational resources for internal and clients to better explain our SEO services
• Support senior team members to improve operational efficiencies
• Work with other departments to provide the best employee and client experiences
• Follow all internal processes and update documentation and materials as necessary
• Communicate results to internal teams as well as directly to clients as needed
• Assist in scaling services, refining internal processes, and driving operational efficiency

SEO Analyst

Software Engineer

• Lead and grow Digible’s technical organization; own and evolve the Engineering organization (current teams ~8 engineers) and scale headcount
• Report to the CTO and work closely with the SVP of Product & Strategy, Data Manager, Product Managers, and other department leaders
• Design systems, practices, and culture for Engineering to ensure strong execution while building for long-term growth
• Bridge technology and business strategy; influence and guide technical designs to ensure alignment with business strategy
• Step into technical discussions, command incidents, and evaluate complex decisions when needed
• Mentor, coach, and develop managers and engineers; create clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams
• Lead hiring and team expansion over the next 12–24 months, including hiring managers and scaling via FTEs and contractors
• Ensure successful delivery against team commitments and company goals; drive organization-wide improvements to execution, processes, and culture
• Build operational and quality best practices, systems and structures that enable Engineering to scale effectively

Director of Engineering

Operations

• Company Overview: Privately owned and operated, Digible founded in 2017 offering digital marketing solutions and predictive analytics platform Fiona.
• Role: Director of Business Operations (BizOps) reporting to COO, responsible for scaling and strengthening offshore operations and optimizing workstreams.
• Responsibilities: Drive integration and scaling of offshore operations, create SOPs, unify workflows, maintain capacity planning, lead cross-functional efficiency initiatives, partner with Engineering/Product, strengthen partnerships across business.
• Success Metrics: Improved Labor Efficiency Ratio, Reduced Labor per Account, Shortened cycle and process times, Increased onboarding throughput, Consistent adoption of resource planning framework, Strengthened partnerships, Seamless offshore integration.
