Program Manager

• Partner closely with the Director of Strategy to support and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives tied to integrated services, channel coordination, testing, and internal process improvement
• Turn strategic priorities and ideas into actionable project plans by defining next steps, coordinating stakeholders, tracking progress, and ensuring follow-through
• Lead the day-to-day management of cross-department efforts, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, documenting decisions, following up on action items, and keeping work moving across teams
• Help identify which departments, functions, and stakeholders should be involved in a given initiative, and bring the right people together at the right stages of the work
• Support the development of Digible’s integrated service strategy by translating market trends, platform changes, performance insights, and internal business needs into clear recommendations and execution plans
• Contribute to the evaluation of new service opportunities, channel expansion ideas, vendors, platforms, and strategic initiatives by helping organize inputs, assess feasibility, and support rollout planning
• Build and coordinate structured test plans for new platforms, service models, measurement approaches, and tech-enabled opportunities, including hypotheses, success metrics, timelines, and recommendations
• Work across teams to support the execution of pilots, tests, and strategic initiatives, helping ensure owners are aligned, deliverables are clear, and dependencies are managed
• Analyze performance trends, funnel signals, and test results in partnership with relevant teams, then help translate findings into actionable next steps and recommendations
• Package complex work into clear documents, updates, frameworks, and narratives that support internal alignment and, where needed, client-facing conversations
• Identify recurring friction points, process gaps, and knowledge gaps across departments, then help create documentation, guidance, and training materials that improve execution over time

• Own our Bronze data layer: build and maintain ingestion pipelines from third-party APIs, transform via dbt, orchestrate via Prefect
• Partner with Product and Engineering on Silver-layer modeling — ensuring data is clean, documented, and governed as it moves toward consumption
• Enable upstream teams to own their Gold-layer data well — establishing best practices, governance standards, pipeline automation, and tooling so teams can build confidently without it becoming the wild west
• Troubleshoot pipeline failures and data quality issues, driving toward root cause and long-term fixes
• Contribute to platform evolution — identifying opportunities to optimize, refactor, or scale our data infrastructure
• Stay informed on developments in the modern data stack and introduce tools and processes that improve our development workflows

Senior Data Engineer

Operations

• Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps, bottlenecks, and SLA risks
• Design scalable process improvements with stakeholders
• Standardize inconsistent operational practices
• Document workflows that support long-term scale
• Oversee Salesforce & Taskray requests and prioritization with an ecosystem-level perspective.

• Prospect into ownership groups, operators, and decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and tailored outreach

• Own inbound lead intake, routing, and speed-to-lead SLAs, ensuring timely follow-up on high-intent prospects.
• Monitor inbound lead flow daily; flag delays, stalled opportunities, or follow-up risks to Growth Strategists.
• Maintain Salesforce data accuracy, stage integrity, and overall pipeline hygiene.
• Create and maintain pipeline, lead, and performance reporting for the Growth team and leadership.
• Own Yardi Matrix data pulls and enrichment for inbound and outbound growth efforts.
• Research inbound prospects prior to demos (portfolio details, ownership/PMC insights, market context).
• Create standardized internal demo briefs to ensure consistent preparation.
• Support demo scheduling, follow-up execution, and outcome tracking in Salesforce.
• Assist with smaller opportunity calls or prospect communications when appropriate and directed.
• Own Gong tagging standards and inbound call categorization (objections, value drivers, competitive mentions).
• Synthesize recurring insights and share themes with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging, qualification, and enablement.
